Our return policy at J&P Cycles allows customers to return any unused item within 120 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or it may not fit your specific bike model. To initiate a return, customers can contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the returned item, along with a copy of the original invoice. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and in new, unused condition. Certain restrictions may apply to certain items such as electrical components or products that have been modified.
