Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on Infinityshoes.com, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This is due to our quick processing time and efficient shipping system. We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible, so it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. Once an order has entered this stage, we are unable to make any modifications. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can always take advantage of our hassle-free return policy. We offer returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Returns page for further instructions on initiating a return.
