Can I return an item bought online at a physical store?

Yes, we gladly accept returns of items purchased online at any of our physical store locations. Our goal is to make the return process as convenient as possible for our customers. Simply bring the item you wish to return, along with the original packing slip or order confirmation email, to your nearest store. Our friendly store associates will be happy to assist you with your return. Please note that returns made at physical stores will be refunded in the original form of payment, with the exception of PayPal orders, which will be refunded in the form of a store credit.
