What is Home Joy's cancellation policy?

Home Joy's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled service with no penalty or cancellation fee. However, if the cancellation or rescheduling is made within 24 hours of the appointment time, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will be charged. In case of a no-show or cancellation made less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the customer will be charged the full amount. Home Joy understands that unexpected circumstances may arise, and they aim to accommodate customers' needs as much as possible.
