What is the warranty on your eyewear?

We offer a comprehensive warranty on all our eyewear products to provide peace of mind to our customers. Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This includes any malfunctioning hinges, loose screws, or other faults attributed to the production process. Additionally, we offer a 30-day warranty for lens defects such as cracks, scratches, or de-lamination. However, our warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling, accidents, or normal wear and tear. To avail of the warranty, customers need to present a valid proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service representatives, and they will be happy to assist you in resolving any issues or concerns regarding our eyewear warranty.
