Our cancellation policy at Hertz Furniture is designed to be flexible and accommodating for our valued customers. If you need to cancel an order, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Orders for stocked items that have not yet been shipped can be canceled without any fees or charges. However, for items that have already been shipped or are custom-made, cancellation may incur a restocking fee or additional charges.
