In general, you should be able to get a refund when you cancel a booking. However, if you cancel a booking anywhere from 2 to 24 hours before it is scheduled, you can get a refund but will be assessed a $25 fee. If you cancel less than 2 hours before the appointment, you are not eligible for a refund. If you missed an appointment but your Handy professional showed up, you are not eligible for a refund. If you have a 3-, 6- or 12-month cleaning plan, you can get a refund when you cancel it, but you will have to pay a $99 cancellation fee. If you cancel a single booking but not the entire plan, you can get a refund for that booking.
