What is the return policy?

At Handsontools.com, we have a customer-friendly return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will promptly issue a refund in the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.
