Our return policy at Gtostore.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items unless they are defective or there was an error on our part. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
