GiftTree.com offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date. We understand that sometimes gifts may not meet expectations or may arrive damaged, so we strive to address such situations promptly. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that personalized and perishable items, as well as gift cards, are non-returnable. Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees. If the gift was received damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge. GiftTree.com values customer satisfaction and aims to make the return process as smooth as possible. Your happiness is our priority, and we stand behind every gift we send.
