Genuine Parts offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Genuine Parts accepts both online and in-store returns for added convenience. To initiate a return, simply provide your proof of purchase, either online or in-store receipt, to our friendly customer service team. Upon approval, you can choose a refund or exchange for the returned item. Please note that certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. For further assistance or clarifications, our dedicated customer support team is available to assist you.
