What is the cancellation policy for a move with Galaxy Moving?
At Galaxy Moving, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your move with us, we have a flexible cancellation policy in place. To provide our customers with the best possible service, we require at least a 48-hour notice prior to the scheduled move date for cancellations or changes. In the event of a cancellation within this timeframe, a cancellation fee may apply. However, if you give us ample notice, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and reschedule your move for a more convenient time. We value our customers and strive to provide exceptional service every step of the way, including in the event of cancellation or rescheduling.
