How Do I Track My Footaction Order?

If you wish to track your order on Footaction, you have to open the track order page. You can find your tracking information on the delivery status page. Once you place your order on Footaction, you should generally expect it to ship out after one business day. If you place the order over the weekend, it should ship by Tuesday. Rush Shipping orders that have been placed before 1 PM usually ship out on the same day. If you placed it after 1 PM, it would ship out on the next business day. Tracking your Footaction order is easy, and you can do it by following these steps:

1. Open the Footaction track order page

2. Click on the login button and enter your email address and password

3. After logging in, you can view your account menu

4. Find the option 'My Orders' and click on it to view your Footaction orders list

5. Open the order ID that you wish to track

6. You will be directed to your delivery status page where you can track the progress of your shipment.

Alternatively, you may send Footaction an email requesting them to provide you with tracking details for your order.

If you did not receive a confirmation email or see your customer and order number on screen, your order might not have been received. If there was an order number on the screen and a message to confirm that your order was received, but not processed immediately, it is not a reason to worry. It means that Footaction is working to process your order. If you press the submit button multiple times, you will be placing duplicate orders. After placing your order online, it is entered within 24 hours. After it has been entered and processed, you should receive an order number along with your confirmation email, order total, and customer number.

Checking Your Order History

If you are a registered user, you can view your order history. The option allows you to review the orders you placed up to nine months back. Follow these steps to view your order history.

1. Use the 'My Account' link at the top right of the page to sign in to your account

2. Click on the link 'My Orders' on the My Account page

If You Didn't Receive a Confirmation Email

There are a few reasons why you may not have received a confirmation email. Some of them include:

1. Your order may not have finished processing. Give it up to 24 hours

2. Your spam blocker may have prohibited the confirmation email from getting to you

3. You may have provided the wrong email address

It is the fastest support option and the only way to speak directly with an agent. However, you may need to call a few times before getting the help you need.
