I payed for tickets and the confirmation was never sent to my email but you took my money

i paid for VIP,,, but it still says I didn't pay.

We're sorry to hear about this issue! Sometimes, it takes a little time for your VIP status to update on Flixster. If it's been a while and your status still hasn't changed, make sure your payment went through correctly. If everything seems in order on that end, try logging out and back in to refresh your account status. If after this your VIP status has still not been activated, we recommend directly reaching out to Flixster customer service, whose contact details are provided on this page. They will be able to assist you in resolving this issue.

I signed up for membership by accident

If you accidentally signed up for Flixster and want to cancel your membership, you can do so by going to your account settings. From there, locate and click on 'Subscription' or 'Membership' (the specifics may vary), then follow the prompts to cancel your membership. Please remember that cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you may still be charged for the period in which you cancel. Any remaining viewing or other privileges you had as a member will continue until then.

was charged fee I do not have a subscription to this service

We're sorry to hear about the unexpected charge. If you do not have a subscription and still got charged, it could be an error. Immediately get in touch with your bank or credit card issuer and dispute the charge. Also, make sure none of your family members or close ones have used your card for the subscription without your knowledge. In any case, it's crucial to report this so that it can be rectified.
