What happens if I'm not available to receive my package?

Asked 6 months ago
If you are not available to receive your package, FedEx Canada offers several options to ensure its successful delivery. The courier will first try to leave the shipment at your doorstep or with a neighbor, if authorized. Alternatively, they may attempt delivery on another business day or provide a specific time for a re-delivery. In certain cases, you may be able to redirect the package to a FedEx location for pickup or request delivery to a different address. To manage your delivery preferences, you can utilize FedEx Delivery Manager, a convenient online tool. If all delivery attempts are unsuccessful, and the package requires a signature, FedEx will hold it at a nearby FedEx location for a specified number of days, allowing you to arrange pickup.
