Our return policy for online purchases is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. We understand that sometimes products may arrive damaged or defective. In such cases, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund. However, we are unable to accept returns for personalized or customized items, as well as items marked as final sale. Rest assured, our aim is to make sure you have a delightful shopping experience with us.
