Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Elderly.com, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition, unopened and unused, with all original packaging intact. Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the returned item(s). However, certain items, such as personalized or hygienic products, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective. We strive to process returns promptly and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
