EMS.com has a hassle-free return policy for customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the delivery date. The merchandise must be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. To initiate a return, you can either bring the item to an EMS retail store or start the process online by filling out a return form. Returns made within 30 days will be refunded to the original payment method, while returns made after 30 days but within 90 days will be issued store credit. EMS.com does not cover return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or defective. For further details and exceptions, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.
