Our return policy at Dooney.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items, as well as final sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, simply complete the online return form, which can be found on our website. Once your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue your refund within 10 business days. At Dooney.com, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
