What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Dollhouse.com is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with an item you ordered, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Please note that some exclusions may apply for final sale items, such as swimwear and intimate apparel. We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience, and a $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
