What are the requirements to file annual reports in Delaware?

Asked 6 months ago
To file annual reports in Delaware, certain requirements must be met. All Delaware corporations, LLCs, and LPs are obliged to file an annual report with the Secretary of State. The report must include the corporation or company name, file number, principal place of business address, names and addresses of directors for corporations, and members or managers for LLCs and LPs. Additionally, the report must provide a current address for service of process. Filing fees, currently $50, must accompany the report. Reports for corporations are due by March 1st of each year, while LLC and LP reports are due by June 1st. Filing can be done online through the Delaware Secretary of State's website or by mail. Failure to file may result in penalties or the entity being declared void.
