Our return policy at Decorisland.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes products may not meet the expectations or may have defect. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns can be made for a full refund or store credit, excluding shipping fees. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Our team will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for the return process. Please note that some items, such as custom orders or special orders, may not be eligible for return.
