Our cancellation policy at Decorisland.com allows customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them, without any penalty or charges. However, if the cancellation request is made after the 24-hour window, it is subject to approval from our customer service team. In such cases, a cancellation fee may be applied, depending on the specific circumstances and the stage of processing the order has reached. This fee covers any expenses incurred by Decorisland.com up to that point. To request a cancellation, customers need to contact our customer service team via phone or email, providing their order details. Our team will then assess the cancellation request and inform the customer about the next steps. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our return policy will apply.
