I am trying to update my credit card information

You can update your credit card information in CrashPlan through the following steps: Log in to your account, select 'Account' then 'Billing'. Under the 'Payment Method', you will see a 'Change' button. Click on that button and enter your new credit card details. Finally, confirm the changes. These changes will be effective immediately. Please ensure you enter your credit card information correctly including the expiration date and CVV to avoid any billing issues.
