Hello, I am a CrashPlan for Small Business (Code42) customer, and I am having trouble signing into the website as the login now requires an authentication code for two-factor authentication that I haven't set up before.
To enable two-factor authentication, your support pages indicate that I need to use the iOS "Google Authenticator" app for which I have already installed. It mentions that I need a QR code generated from within the CrashPlan console to set it up.
However, I am stuck in a loop as I can't sign into the CrashPlan console without the authentication code.
Could you please do one of the following:
a) Disable two-factor authentication on my account so I can sign in.
b) Provide me with an authentication code to enable sign-in.
c) Give me a QR code to set up 2FA and create my authentication code.
d) Help me with an alternative solution.

Hello, my Crashplan for Small Business account is expiring today. I am trying to update my payment information, but I am unable to access my account.
I have been a loyal customer for years and I cannot risk losing all the data I have backed up with your service. This is a time-sensitive matter, and I urgently need assistance with updating my payment details to ensure the protection of my backups.
I have already sent an email and left a voicemail at the Code 42 phone number, but I have not been able to reach anyone. I hope to get help promptly.
