Coolibar offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange within 90 days of the purchase date. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, you can contact our customer service team or request a return through your online account. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a manufacturer's defect or Coolibar's error. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. For exchanges, Coolibar will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Overall, our goal is to make the return process easy and convenient for our valued customers.
