What are the elite levels in Continental One Pass?

Continental One Pass offers three elite levels: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The Silver elite level is attained after earning 25,000 elite qualifying miles (EQMs) or flying 30 qualifying segments in a calendar year. Benefits at this level include priority boarding, complimentary upgrades, and access to preferred seating. The Gold elite level requires earning 50,000 EQMs or flying 60 qualifying segments in a calendar year. Gold members enjoy additional perks such as enhanced seat selection, higher upgrade priority, and access to Star Alliance lounges. Platinum is the highest elite level, obtained after earning 75,000 EQMs or flying 90 qualifying segments within a calendar year. With Platinum, members receive all previous benefits plus top priority for upgrades, no fees on flight changes, and a dedicated 24/7 Platinum Elite phone line.
