Condor Airlines Customer FAQ

Condor typically utilizes either the Boeing 767-300ER or Airbus A330-200 for long-haul flights such as the DE2063 from Las Vegas (LAS) to Frankfurt (FRA). However, please note that airlines may change equipment due to operational needs or requirements. The specific aircraft type for a particular flight can be verified at the time of booking or closer to the departure date.

Many seats on Condor long-haul flights have USB ports where you can charge small electronic devices like smartphones and tablets. The seats typically have a small USB port located either in the armrest or just below the in-seat television. Please remember to bring your own charging cable. However, not all aircrafts may have these features, so it's always good to have your devices fully charged before the flight.
