I have an item I need to return, I can't figure out where to get the return address label

To return an item to CollectionsEtc.com, you don't need to worry about a separate return address label. You can use the convenient, pre-printed return label that is already provided on the bottom front of your original invoice. This has the return address on it. Simply detach it from your invoice and stick it on your return package. Note that a fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund for using this label for its convenience and to cover return shipping charges. If you prefer not to use this pre-printed label, you can send your return to Collections Etc., 12420 W. K-42 Hwy Wichita, KS 67227. The return shipping costs will then be on you.
