What is Coleman's return policy?

Coleman's return policy allows customers to return unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase. If the item is defective or damaged, Coleman will replace it at no extra cost. However, if the product has been used or the return is made after 30 days, Coleman will not accept it. Additionally, certain items such as gas-powered products and custom-made items are not eligible for return. Coleman recommends contacting their customer service team to initiate the return process and to obtain further instructions.
