Sign in to your Coach account. Choose items from the list and add it to your cart by clicking Add To Cart or Buy Now. The Coach gift card is a unique gift. You can use it to make purchases at any of its retail stores or online. To redeem a Coach store gift card at any of its stores, present the gift card to the cashier. Coach will automatically add the balance to your purchase. Here's how it works.

1. Sign In to Your Coach Account

You can use your Coach gift card to pay for your purchase by signing in to your Coach account and adding the gift card.

To sign in:

Select My Account and click Sign In.

2. Add Items to Your Cart

Select an item from the list and add it to your cart. You can do this in one of two ways:

Click on an item that interests you or matches the person you are shopping for, and click Add To Cart at the bottom-right corner of that product page.
Click View All. You'll be able to choose any item from this list by clicking its title or thumbnail image.

3. Select Redeem

Enter the gift card number and PIN on the payment screen of your cart. Click Redeem. A pop-up will appear with a message — Coach Has Added the Value to Your Account. This means that you're all set — you can now complete checkout with what you have in your Coach account.

4. Click Apply in the Pop-Up Window

You can use more than one Coach Gift Card during checkout. If you have multiple cards and want to apply them all, click the Apply button in each pop-up window as it appears.

5. Check Your Payment Information

Once you've added a Coach gift card and are ready to complete your purchase, follow these instructions:

Review your payment information and click Next to continue shopping or Pay Now to proceed with checkout.
It will take you to a page to select a shipping method.
