At Clicktoshop.com, we have a hassle-free return policy for damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly assist you in initiating the return process. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before approving the return. Once your return request is authenticated, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Upon receiving the damaged item, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and make every effort to resolve any issues caused by damaged items promptly.
