What is the warranty on your bikes?

Asked a year ago
At Citizen Bike, we offer a generous warranty on our bikes to ensure your peace of mind. All our bicycles come with a one-year warranty on frames and forks against any manufacturing defects. Additionally, we provide a six-month warranty on individual bicycle components, including the drivetrain, brakes, wheels, and other parts against any faulty craftsmanship or materials. Our warranty covers the replacement or repair of defective parts within the stated time frame. Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents or improper assembly are not covered under warranty. Furthermore, our commitment to exceptional customer service means we handle warranty claims promptly and efficiently. For more information on our warranty policy, please refer to our Warranty section on our website.
