The following page will enable you to check all the required documents for a successful claim once you fill out your details, policy details, incidents specifics and payee information. When all the details are filled out, you can review your claim and submit it.

2. Submit your Claim Physically

You should immediately notify your broker if you become aware of an actual or potential claim. Include all information required by the policy and any information or comments you wish to make. Make sure to attach all relevant documents depending on the type of claim. All information concerning the events leading to the filing of a claim authenticates and validates your claim. You will need to submit to the company all your travel documents; passports, air tickets or boarding passes, the original medical bills, all documents relevant to treatments, purchase receipts if the claims involve loss of property, power of attorney of the insured person and a confirmation issued by the carrier or airline.
  4. In the case of marine cargo, under the duty of the assure, make every effort to minimize the loss and prevent further loss or damage to your goods.
