How Do I Check the Status of My Claim with Chubb?

Have you made a claim recently, and would you like to know the status of your claim? The insurance claims process can be rather long, tedious and insanely annoying. At Chubb, the experience is different.

Once your insurance claim is submitted, they attend to it as fast as practically possible. However, at times there may be a delay in executing the claim due to unavoidable circumstances, and you may feel the need to check your claim status. This process has been made straightforward for you so that you can keep track of your claim from wherever you are through their online claims portal. You are at liberty to check your claim status offline if you cannot access the online portal. To go about either of these processes, here are instructions to help you through.

Step 1: Go to the official Chubb claims online portal.

Step 2: Scroll down till you see the "Launch Chubb Claim Center" button. Click on the button. You will be redirected to a new page.

Step 3: On the top right corner is a "Check Claim Status" button. Click on this button.

Step 4: You will be redirected to a new page where you will have to provide your claim number.

Step 5: After filling in all the required information, click "Continue."

Step 6: Now, you can check your claim status.

Step 7: In case of any problems during the process, you may contact Chubb customer care for further assistance.

As a policyholder of Chubb insurance, you are able to check the status of your Chubb insurance claim offline as well. To do this, you will have to visit any branch office of our organization close to you. While visiting, make sure you have all the details that may be required to validate yourself and allow you access to the claim status information. In case of any challenges, one of their staff will help you accordingly.

Note: Please remember not to share any of your private information with any other person for security reasons.

There are essential factors to note before you file a claim with us. Once you log on to our online claims portal, the system only asks you questions relevant to the type and value of the claim you will be submitting, and the claims assessment process may be fast-tracked where possible.   2. Details relating to the claim, such as your claim number, policy number and customer ID, should not be shared with other people.
  3. Provide all the required details and documents at the time of filing the claim.
