Our return and refund policy at Cheesecake.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. For perishable items such as cheesecakes, we cannot accept returns due to their nature. However, if your order arrives damaged or in unsatisfactory condition, we will gladly replace or refund it. Simply provide photographic evidence of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. In case of non-perishable items, returns are accepted in their original, unopened condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
