What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Cavenders.com is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Returns can be done by mail or at any of our store locations. To initiate a return, simply fill out the return form included with your order and follow the instructions provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Once the return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
