At Casketonly, our return policy for caskets is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we offer a hassle-free return process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving the casket. To be eligible for a refund, the casket must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return, and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned casket is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
