Our return policy at Candy.com aims to provide customer satisfaction and hassle-free returns. We understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with your purchase or have received a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund accordingly. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, cannot be returned for safety reasons.
