Our refund policy at Calliope Boutique is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or fill out the return request form on our website. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on final sale items, intimate apparel, or gift cards.
