Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Calliope Boutique, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on swimwear, lingerie, or items marked as final sale. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team with your order information and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days upon receiving the returned item.
