CB2 has a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip. CB2 offers free returns in-store or by mail. If you choose to return items by mail, you will need to contact customer service to initiate the return process and receive a prepaid return label. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, such as personalized or custom-made products. For more detailed information, visit our Returns & Exchanges page on the CB2 website.
