How do I set up my Breezeline service after installation?

After installation, Breezeline service is usually ready to use once the modem or gateway has completed activation and the status lights appear normal. If the technician has already finished the setup, connect your devices to the Wi Fi name and password printed on the gateway label, or use the network details you chose during setup if they were changed. If you have a separate modem and router, make sure the modem is connected to power and the coaxial cable, then connect the router to the modem and power both devices on. It can take a few minutes for the connection to fully come online. If you are setting up television service, connect the set top box to the TV with the supplied HDMI cable and follow the on screen prompts. For voice service, plug the phone into the correct port on the gateway or telephone adapter. If anything does not activate, a reset of the modem and router may help.
