What is the return policy for blinds?

Our return policy for blinds at Blinds Express is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. Therefore, we offer a hassle-free return process. If you are not satisfied with your blinds, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return them. The blinds must be in their original packaging, uninstalled, and in new and resalable condition. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping fees may apply. Once we receive and inspect the returned blinds, a refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe.
