How do I measure my windows for blinds?

Asked a year ago
To measure your windows for blinds, start by measuring the width and height of the window opening. Measure the width at the top, middle, and bottom, and use the narrowest measurement. For the height, measure from the top of the window to the window sill in three places, using the longest measurement. If you want an inside mount, subtract 1/2 inch from the width measurement to allow for necessary clearance. For an outside mount, add at least 3 inches to both the width and height measurements for optimal coverage. It's important to double-check your measurements before ordering to ensure a perfect fit for your blinds.
