Our return policy at Bestdressedchild.com is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, and they will guide you through the process. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method or provide store credit, whichever is preferred.
