What is BTK's return policy?

BTK offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
