We're sorry to hear about the issues with your Avios points. Points should not be deleted if you have recently flown with Qatar Airways, as it is a Oneworld partner airline with Avios. It can sometimes take a few days for your points from recent flights to be processed and added to your balance. If you believe there's an error in your points balance, usually it's recommended to contact Avios customer service. However, as per your requirement, we advise double-checking your flight details and making sure that your Avios account was linked properly at the time of your flight.
