Good morning, After trying to solve the issue with my Vueling Club account, they have directed me to your service. However, it has been impossible for me to reach you by phone. Here is a brief summary of the situation: many years ago, I created a Vueling Points account, and after the transfer to a new service, they migrated my data to this new Vueling Club account. Nowadays, when trying to access my account, it asks me to register again, but when I select that option, I receive a connection error message (which is odd because I can send this email). Therefore, I am unable to use my Avios or accumulate them on trips already booked and taken, as this has been an ongoing issue for some time. After contacting Vueling's customer service as mentioned before, they have directed me to you, stating that my account is blocked due to multiple password attempts with Avios.

I would like to reserve a car rental using my Avios points. Both my father and I are authorized users. He's having trouble accessing his account to make the booking in his name. His name is M.Y. Nathan, and his membership number is [redacted]9. Even though he needs to be the one renting the car, the Executive Account appears to only work under my name, Ms. R. Nathan. How can my father, M.Y. Nathan, proceed with booking the car rental using Avios points?

I am trying to reach Avios regarding missing Avios from a Booking.com transaction. I made a hotel booking on 25/02/[redacted] for a check-in on 29/09/[redacted] and paid upon arrival at the hotel. Recently, the Avios due from this transaction have disappeared from my 'Purchase History.' I am struggling to contact Avios directly as their system does not allow me to address this issue. I need human intervention to resolve this matter and have the missing Avios added to my account. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
