What is the return policy for Ask J&P?

Our return policy at Ask J&P allows customers to return any unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or you may have changed your mind. In order to return a product, simply contact our customer service team and provide your order details. We will then guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue the refund within 5 business days.
